• The structure of the building is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton, consisting of concrete flat slabs, columns and reinforced diaphragms. The building is a waterproofing with waterproofing bathtub, comprising two-layer insulation “Soprema”.
• Floors and floor covering – Raised floor, allowing flexible organization of work places. Walls: Exterior façade: masonry of ceramic bricks; interior – plasterboard, with the possibility of redistribution of office space.
• Façade - Outside the façade system is of mixed type – structural façade /system “ALUMIL”/, aluminum panels “ALUMIL”, stone cladding with natural stone, glass STOPSOL WHITE (glazed with ordinary and a low-emission glass the opening is consistent with the facade of the building). Filled ventilation with constant fresh air supply in the premises. Mounted fan coil units for year-round air conditioning.
• Electro - Powering the entire building from its own power station located in the vicinity. For emergency power supply to the consumers in both blocks and for fire fighting in the groundwater levels and shop floors in case of failure of the external power supply, diesel generators are provided (one for each block) that provide first category power supply to part of the consumers. Built room with fitted cupboard communication type RACK. Provided structured cabling jobs through floor boxes down in the double floor. Presence of optic connection.
• Lightning - delivered and installed lighting fixtures, built-in ceiling – double parabolic mirror-grating for light scattering, a minimum rate of pulsation.
• The building has deployed video surveillance systems and access control to the garages and to each of the offices.
